Day 1Arrival in Rome
Arrive in Rome and enjoy a private transfer to your hotel. Begin the journey with a welcome dinner combining Italian flavours with a memorable setting and panoramic views of the Eternal City.
Day 2Rome: The Art of Scent and Heritage
Explore Rome through its historic centre, markets, gardens and botanical traditions before crossing the Tiber toward Trastevere. Visit the historic Spezieria di Santa Maria della Scala, subject to visiting arrangements, and discover traditional remedies, aromatic ingredients and the heritage of one of Rome’s remarkable historic apothecaries. The remainder of the afternoon is at leisure.
Day 3Rome to Positano and Minori
Travel south to the Amalfi Coast and explore Positano, with its pastel houses, coastal views, artisan boutiques and local perfumeries inspired by Mediterranean flowers, citrus and botanical ingredients. Continue to Minori and enjoy an evening dinner celebrating the flavours of the region.
Day 4Capri: Mediterranean Elegance
Travel by ferry to Capri and continue by funicular to the heart of the island. Explore its elegant streets and the Augustus Gardens before discovering Carthusia and the relationship between Capri’s landscape, botanical heritage and distinctive fragrances. Return to Minori for an evening at leisure.
Day 5Ravello: Gardens, Nature and Wellbeing
Discover Ravello and the gardens of Villa Rufolo, where Mediterranean plants, flowers and panoramic terraces create a tranquil setting above the coast. Explore the aromas of local herbs, flowers and citrus through a sensory experience, with selected botanical or relaxation activities available subject to final arrangements. The afternoon is at leisure, with optional spa or wellness treatments available on request.
Day 6Amalfi, Naples and Rome
Visit Amalfi and explore its historic centre, waterfront and Cloister of Paradise before discovering the region’s celebrated lemon-growing traditions with a local producer. Continue to Naples and return to Rome by high-speed train. Celebrate the final evening with a farewell dinner inspired by Mediterranean cuisine and seasonal regional ingredients.
Day 7Departure from Rome
Private transfer to Rome Fiumicino Airport for departure. The journey can also be extended with additional destinations or experiences in Italy.
