Meet in Bari, travel to Polignano a Mare for a guided walk and coastal lunch, then continue to Alberobello for a trulli experience and traditional dinner.

Day 2

Locorotondo and the wines of the Itria Valley

Explore the whitewashed streets of Locorotondo, visit a countryside vineyard and taste local wines before returning to Alberobello.

Day 3

Cooking in Puglia and Baroque Lecce

Prepare orecchiette and regional dishes with a local cook, then discover Lecce’s Baroque centre, artisan workshops and street-food traditions. Continue to a countryside masseria.

Day 4

Ostuni and olive oil traditions
