DAY 1

The guests arrive to the airport of Catania by different flight. Meet the private drivers at the meeting point of the airport and go by car or by minivan to the 5 star category hotel, located in the city centre of Taormina. Meet the English & Russian speaking assistant at the reception of the hotel and check-in.

H 20:00 – Welcome dinner at the restaurant of your hotel. Overnight in Taormina.

DAY 2

H 07:30 – Breakfast in hotel.

H 09:00 – Meeting in hotel.

H 10:30 – Coffee break.

H 11:00 – Meeting in hotel.

H 13:00 – Lunch in the restaurant of the hotel.

H 14:30 – Option 1.

Meet your English speaking guide in hotel and start the walking tour of Taormina. Visit Palazzo Corvaia. This first monument will let you understand the atmosphere you are going through! Going on we will pass by odeon roman theater built in the II century ac and discovered in 1892. After this first travel back to the past, the tour will continue going through the heart of Taormina, where you will enjoy the essence of the beautiful old town. The romantic garden (a corner of paradise), the straight colourful streets full of flowers will be the frame of your visit; the typical fish smell coming out the sicilian restaurants will delight all your senses. Take a home made ice cream or typical sicilian pastry Cassata or re-freshering Granita on the terrace with breathtaking view giving to your eyes a paradisiac picture of Taormina coast.

The rest of the day you are free for shopping on the main street Corso Umberto or for individual exploration of the city. H 19:00 – return to the hotel on your own.

H 14:30 – Option 2.

Half day free for individual exploration of the picturesque bays of Sicily. You will be transfered by hotel shuttle-bus or by cable car to the beach Baia di Mazzarò, one of the most charming beaches or to the divine beaches of the island Isola Bella. H 19:00 – return to the hotel.

H 19:45 - Departure by private bus for dinner on the terrace with view. The restaurant is named after the Sicilian nobleman. It is veritable atelier of haute cuisine, that’s why it was awarded with two Michelin stars. Elegance and inspiration triumph in its ambiance, dishes and service.

H 23:00 – return transfer to your hotel. Overnight in Taormina.

DAY 3

H 07:30 – Breakfast in your hotel.

H 08:30 – Depart by private bus to Syracuse, a historic city of Sicily, notable for its rich Greek history, culture, amphithetres and architecture.

H 10:00 – Meet your English speaking guide in Syracuse. Visit Ortigia, the beating heart of the whole city, with its temples, castles, ancient baroque churches established the charm of the small island.

H 12:30 – Welcome drink followed by served lunch in the restaurant located just on Duomo Square: the wines of the best sicilian wineries and authentic cuisine enhance the excellence of the local ingredients.

H 14:30 – Explore a wonderful sea world during boat tour. The captain will guide you to visit the crystal-water sea and the magical caves.

H 16:00 – Return to Syracuse. Free time for individual exploration of the city.

H 17:30 – Departure by private bus to your hotel in Taormina.

H 19:00 – Relax in your room.

H 20:00 – Dinner in a typical restaurant close to your hotel.

H 23:00 – Overnight in Taormina.

DAY 4

H 07:30 – Breakfast in your hotel.

H 09:15 – Departure by private bus for a full day Wine, Tasting and Cooking Tour.

H 10:00 – Visit the family winery, located on the Eastern slopes of the Etna, and has been active since 1860. Test at least 4 types of wine: Brut, Etna red DOC, Etna white DOC, Pinot Nero). The wine tasting includes typical sicilian cheeses and cold cuts.

H 11:30 – Proceed by bus for getting an unforgettable experience: enter into the world of wine immersed in high ground vineyards, find the oldest Controlled Original and Named Sicilian Wines (D.O.C.), test 4 of them with in-house sommelier, discover sicilian starters (dried tomatoes, mushrooms and olives), 4 types of cheeses, legume soup, cold cuts, sausages cooked in white wine, vegetables or mixed salad, home made bread and hazelnut cookies at the end of lunch.

H 14:00 – Proceed by bus towards the sea.

H 14:45 – Arrive to the Sicilian Food Accademy. Welcome drink.

H 15:00 - Full immersion into the cooking building guided and supervised by the talented, famous, creative and high experienced chef D’Agostino. The goal is to develop creativity, competition, teamwork and collaboration of participants through preparation of food, its tasting and wine degustation.

H 18:00 – Return to your hotel for relaxing.

H 20:00 – Transfer by private bus for Farwell dinner at one of the best italian restaurant, Michelin starred, where flavors, coloures and scents of the Mediterranean are perfectly combined with elegant, comfortable and cozy atmosphere.

H 23:00 – Return to your hotel for overnight.

DAY 5

H 07:30 – Breakfast in your hotel.

H 09:00 – Check-out and departure by private bus to the airport of Catania. Take your flight and say : “Arrivederci, Sicilia!”
